Shipping Questions
Shipping Questions
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 5-7 business days. After it's shipped, average delivery times are 2-5 business days within the United States.
If it's an international order, most packages arrive within two or three weeks, though it can take from four to six based upon how your country handles those packages. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do on our end to expedite that process.
I'm an international customer. Does the price include customs fees/import taxes?
The order price you paid us only covers the cost of shipping the product to you. Some countries charge an import tax upon any purchase you make that comes in from a different country. Please consider the tax laws of your country before purchasing.
Why hasn't my tracking information updated?
Tracking information isn't always real-time. Shipping providers might delay updating the tracking locations by several days. Rest assured, your package is still on its way to you and probably further along than it looks.
I just placed an order, but I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address! What should I do?
We process our orders very quickly. Sometimes, an order will be packaged minutes after it has been placed. If you gave us an incorrect shipping address it’s very important that you send us an e-mail as quickly as possible with the incorrect shipping address and the shipping address that you would like it changed to. There’s no guarantee that we’ll be able to switch out the address before the package leaves our hands, but we’ll try our best.
Taxes & Duties
For US orders, we does not collect taxes in all states. Your purchase may be subject to sales and use tax. Depending on your state, you may be exempt from sales tax—some states require a tax return at the end of the year for purchases made online.
If you are buying a product from a country outside of the US, duties are included in the price of the item. If the total of your shipment is over $800, you may be subject to relevant import duties charged by your carrier.

📦 Shipping Status & Tracking FAQ (US Orders)
Why does my tracking say “Pre-Transit” for so long?
Q1: My order still says “Pre-Transit” or “Label Created.” Has it shipped?
A: Yes — your order has already been handed over to the carrier.
During peak seasons (especially November–December), USPS and UPS often experience scanning delays. Packages may not be scanned immediately, even after they are physically dropped off. It is very common for the tracking to stay in “Pre-Transit” until it reaches the next major sorting facility.
Q2: Why does the tracking not update for several days?
A: This is normal during busy shipping periods.
Carriers sometimes skip initial scans when they are overwhelmed, which means your parcel is moving through the network even though the tracking page hasn’t updated yet.
Q3: Could the package be lost if it stays in “Pre-Transit”?
A: In most cases, no.
It usually means the carrier has the package but has not scanned it yet. Many parcels go from “Pre-Transit” straight to “In Transit” or even “Out for Delivery” without showing all intermediate updates.
Q4: Why does my friend’s tracking update faster than mine?
A: Different USPS facilities process different volumes.
Some hubs (especially in Texas, California, and Florida) have heavier holiday traffic and slower scan times, which affects how quickly updates appear.
Q5: Does this delay mean my package will arrive late?
A: Not necessarily.
Tracking delays do not always affect the actual delivery time. The package may be moving normally even when the system shows no new scans.
Q6: What should I do while the tracking isn’t updating?
A: You can simply give it a bit more time.
Tracking typically updates once the parcel reaches its next sorting center. If there is no update after 7 business days, feel free to contact us — we’re here to help.
Q7: Why do US carriers have these delays?
A: Seasonal volume.
During Christmas and other peak shipping periods, USPS handles millions of extra parcels per day, which can lead to:
-
Delayed scans
-
Late tracking uploads
-
“Jump scans” (skipping straight to delivery)
These situations are common and temporary.
